Family Day For Rates

Take the kids fishing or crabbing! There is no better way to spend quality time with your family. Trips are 4 hours and included bait, tackle, and ice. Remember to bring your own food and drink.

Boy's Day Out For Rates

We offer an alternative to the "usual" bachelor party! Gather everyone together for a private charter fishing trip. We accommodate groups up to 12 people. Food and drinks are not included, so remember to pack the cooler. Entertainment allowed. We can customize any trip. Fun behavior is tolerated, drunks are not and will bring an end to your day.

Our Location...

Freedom Fishing Charters departs from Barnegat NJ, minutes from Exit 67 of the Garden State Parkway and Long Beach Island. We can accommodate special needs for departures based upon your request.


  • All Prices Include Bait, Tackle, and Ice.
  • Pricing subject to change.
 
 
Charter Policies:
 
  • 20% is due 7 days after confirmation.  Balance is due before departure of charter.  Deposit is non refundable. Trips that are postponed due to weather will be rescheduled to an available date that is convenient for both parties. The captain alone makes final decision to sail. If you decline to sail based upon a weather or marine forecast, you will forfeit the deposit.
  • Trips include tackle, bait, ice, laughs and a good time.
  • Gratuity is appreciated for hard working, knowledgeable, and friendly mates.
  • No drugs or drunkenness will not be tolerated and will bring an end to your day!
  • No firearms or knives
  • Anyone that carelessly damages the vessel or its equipment will be charged for the repairs and/or replacement. (ie, Dropping a fishing rod overboard, sinkers dropping on the boat.)
  • All fish will be cleaned and bagged for you to take home!
  • All passengers must wear rubber sole non-marking shoes.
  • Maximum six passengers.
  • Freedom Fishing Charters abides by all law set forward by the state, federal government and the U.S. Coast Guard.
  • Children 12 and under must wear a life jacket at all times. (USCG PFD Approved)



Please remember to bring:
 
  • Rain gear if applicable.
  • Appropriate attar (sweater or jacket).
  • Suntan lotion and insect repellent.
  • Hat and Sunglasses.
  • Cooler to take home your catch!
  • Camera in water proof bag.
  • You may bring along your own tackle, as long as it is suitable to the type of catch we are seeking.
  • No glass bottles - plastic or cans only! Large fish box on board - please limit food and beverage coolers.
  • Motion sickness prevention should be considered prior to departure.
  • Children 12 and under must wear a life jacket at all times. (USCG PFD Approved)
